Our boutique company brings luxury-level, professional service to every couple we work with. Jordan usually manages all planning systems, vendor logistics, and behind-the-scenes coordination in the weeks leading up to your wedding, while Maddie is usually our lead on-the-ground presence. We'll know your wedding inside and out, bringing the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that defines every Evergreen wedding. 

Evergreen Package

Our signature service includes 60 days of pre-wedding management and full wedding day coordination. As you near the final stretch of planning, our team steps in as your dedicated support, collaborating with you, managing your vendors, and executing every detail so your day is everything you imagined.

Full Planning — $7,500 or 10% overall wedding budget, whichever is greater*

*Full planning includes comprehensive vendor sourcing, design direction, and end-to-end planning support from engagement through wedding day. Offered on a limited basis when the schedule allows. Please inquire if you'd like to be considered.

  • Unlimited emails, texts, and up to two meetings

  • Venue Final Walk-Through

  • Floor Plan Creation

  • Vendor Liaison service within the final 30 days, confirming services, arrivals, and departures

  • Personalized Wedding Day Timeline with tailored schedules for each vendor and your wedding party/VIPs

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Full Wedding Day Coordination and Management (up to 14 hours) — setup through breakdown, vendor management, ceremony processional, reception, and send-off
