Evergreen Wedding Company

We Believe In
Forever Love

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the

greatest of these is love.

Meet
Jordan DeLozier

the person behind

evergreen wedding company

My path to the wedding industry wasn't a straight line, but looking back, I know the Lord prepared me perfectly for it. I spent years as an Operations Director at a high-end salon, managing employees, systems, and the kind of high-touch customer experience that demands both precision and warmth. After that, I was an Admissions Assistant at a private school, managing leads, corresponding with prospective families, scheduling and giving tours, following up, and guiding families through the enrollment process from first inquiry to first day. Sound familiar? It's the same workflow I bring to venue operations today. Building venue systems from scratch, coordinating weddings, and serving as the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything running smoothly...I know this industry not from the outside looking in, but from the inside out.

What I do best is make people feel taken care of. Whether it's a nervous bride with a million questions or a venue owner who hasn't taken a full day off in months, I show up, I respond quickly, and I handle it. People tell me my emails sound like I'm smiling, and I think that's because I genuinely love this work. Organizing systems, solving problems, communicating with clients - it doesn't feel like a burden to me. It feels like something I should be doing.

Since entering the wedding industry in 2024, I've hit the ground running. I've built venue operational infrastructure from scratch including CRM setup, contracts, templates, vendor tracking systems, and complete client workflows. I manage the full client journey from first inquiry to wedding day, across venues doing 60+ events annually. In a little over two years I've learned more about what makes a venue run smoothly (and what can make it fall apart) than most people learn in a decade.

When I'm not working, I'm a wife, a mom, and someone who believes strongly that life is meant to be lived outside the office. I'm an East Tennessee native who loves the mountains, the water, a good taco, and traveling somewhere new whenever I get the chance. Faith and family are at the center of everything I do, and that shows up in how I run my business, too. I take a limited number of clients intentionally, because I'd rather do a few things exceptionally well than spread myself too thin.

If you're a venue owner who's ready to exhale, I'd love to talk. And if you're a bride who's ready to get married, I'd love to be part of your day.

Love and Blessings,

Jordan
